Welcome to our online training portal. Before you can access your courses and the AI Tutor, you must agree to the following rules. These rules are to keep you safe and ensure your training is valid.

1. The AI Tutor 

This website uses an AI (Artificial Intelligence) tool to help you learn.

• What it is for: You can ask it to explain difficult words, summarize text, or help you understand safety rules.

• What it is NOT for: You must not use the AI to write your assessment answers for you. All answers must be in your own words.

2. Your Privacy (Important)

• We can see your chats: To ensure safety and correct training, your conversations with the AI Tutor are recorded and may be reviewed by your tutors.

• Do not share secrets: Never type your password, bank details, or private personal information into the chat box.

3. Accuracy & Safety

• The AI can make mistakes: The AI is smart, but it is not a human expert. It might occasionally give incorrect information.

• Safety First: Always follow the official Health & Safety manuals and your supervisor's instructions on the factory floor. If the AI says something different from your official training manual, follow the manual.

4. Academic Integrity (No Cheating)

• Using the AI to generate answers and pasting them into your assessment is considered plagiarism (cheating).

• If you are caught doing this, you may be asked to resubmit your work or face disciplinary action.

5. Agreement

By clicking "I Agree" below, you confirm that:

1. You understand that AI chats are monitored.

2. You will not use the AI to cheat on assessments.

3. You accept that Seafood Training Services is not liable for errors made by the AI.
